Self taught audio nerd. Want to talk about 1’s and 0’s? Or how to sit an elephant? I got you.
Now short story long:
Three years long, I attended the esteemed EICTV – an International Film and Television School situated in the Republic of Cuba. It was there that I received specialized tutelage in the realm of Sound for Film.
I have amassed a wealth of experience operating in both Set and Studio contexts throughout my tenure working on a select number of films. My inherent talent as a proficient foley artist allows me to deftly manipulate sounds with a high level of mastery over Analog and Digital Sound systems, in addition to possessing an intricately nuanced understanding of musical theory, microphone techniques, and acoustic or digital instrumentation. Nonetheless, it must be emphasized that my unwavering commitment is to always prioritize the narrative above all else in my work. While technique is certainly indispensable in the pursuit of realizing the creative vision of a work, it nevertheless serves as an instrument in service of the story.
